No, product discounts vary from product to product, so make sure to visit our product catalog and see if you can get a better deal with some minor product swaps.
Do I need to sign up for Printful Growth?
Yes. You must have a Printful account and subscribe to Growth manually. You’re not enrolled automatically. To subscribe, go to the Printful plans section of your Dashboard. If it’s not activated, you can do that from your Dashboard → Billing → Discounts.
How can I track my sales to check if I qualify for free Printful Growth?
You can track your monthly sales in the Printful plans section of your Dashboard. The yearly sales threshold for the upgrade to the free Printful Growth plan is USD 12,000.
Here’s how we determine eligibility based on your current plan:
- Paid Printful Growth: At the end of each 30-day billing cycle, we’ll review your annual sales to see if you qualify for the free 12-month plan.

Free Printful Growth: At the end of the 12-month period, we’ll check your annual sales to determine if:
- You remain on the free plan for another year.
- You’re removed from the free plan (with the option to switch to the paid plan).
Your yearly sales are calculated by subtracting discounts, shipping, taxes, and any additional fees (such as digitization or warehousing) from your total order value.
How long does the subscription last?
- Paid Growth plan: Active for 30 days and renews automatically.
- Free Growth plan: Active for 12 months.
Can I pay for a full year in advance?
No, Printful Growth is only available as a 30-day subscription. Once you reach the sales threshold, you’ll automatically get the plan free for a year.
Will my paid Printful Growth plan be charged to my current billing method?
No, you’ll need to add a billing method when buying the Growth plan.
How are my Printful Growth payments handled if I have registered via Shopify?
If you have registered via Shopify, your Growth plan payment is handled by Shopify directly.

Yes, you get a 14-day free trial once per account. After that, you’ll be charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand. We’ll send you a reminder before the trial ends.
How do I cancel my Printful Growth subscription?
You can cancel anytime from the Printful plans section of your Dashboard.
- If you cancel during the 14-day trial, you won’t be charged.
- If you cancel during a paid cycle, there are no refunds, but you’ll keep your perks until the end of the billing period.
- If you registered via Shopify, manage your subscription from Printful’s dedicated plans page.
What happened to the Printful Business plan?
As of January 15, 2025, we’ve simplified our paid offerings. Printful Growth is now our only paid plan. If you were on Business, your plan has been renamed to Growth with the same perks.
