Storenvy can be linked with Printful to automate your order fulfillment and streamline your selling process. Once your accounts are connected, you can sync products, manage design files, and handle orders more efficiently. Storenvy works best with Printful’s flat shipping rates, so be sure to use those as a guide when setting up your shipping prices.
Step 1: Link your Storenvy store
- In your Printful Dashboard, go to Stores and click Choose platform, then select Storenvy.
- Click Connect to Storenvy and follow the prompts to authorize the Printful app on your Storenvy account. Once verified, you’ll be redirected back to Printful and the connection should be visible in your dashboard.
Step 2: Create and sync products
You can add products to your Storenvy store in two ways:
Option 1: Use the Product Push Generator (recommended)
- In your Printful Dashboard, go to Stores (or My Products, depending on your view), and select your Storenvy store.
- Click Add/Create product and choose an item from the catalog.
- Use the Design Maker to upload or create your design.
- Set colors, sizes, mockups, titles, descriptions, and pricing.
- Click Submit to store. The product will be published to Storenvy and synced with Printful.
Option 2: Sync an existing product from Storenvy
- Create the product listing directly in Storenvy. Add titles, descriptions, tags, images, and variants like size or color.
- In Printful, click Refresh data under your linked store to import the new listing.
- For each variant, click Edit in Printful to:
- Choose the corresponding Printful product.
- Set the design.
- Save and repeat for each variant.

Step 3: Set up billing
To fulfill orders as they come in, you’ll need a valid payment method in Printful:
- In the Printful Dashboard, navigate to Billing → Billing methods, and enter your preferred payment method.
- Once connected, Printful will automatically charge your billing method when Storenvy orders are imported.
Step 4: Configure shipping
Storenvy requires you to set your own shipping rates. Since Printful uses flat shipping rates for fulfillment, we recommend basing your store’s shipping setup on those.
- Review Printful’s current rates on the Shipping page.
- In your Storenvy dashboard, go to Settings → Shipping rates.
- Click Add Shipping Class to create rates for a destination (like the U.S.), click Add Shipping Group to set rates for a product category (e.g., T-Shirts).
- Enter the First item and Additional items prices according to the Printful rate table.
- If you’d like, you can offer free shipping by including the shipping cost in your product price. This strategy can help improve sales by making checkout simpler for your customers.
