You can link your Big Cartel store to Printful in just a few quick steps. Once your store is connected, you’ll be able to create and sync products and start selling right away. Just a heads-up - you’ll need to be on a paid Big Cartel plan to use this integration. This guide will walk you through the connection process, how to add products, and what to keep in mind when setting up shipping and billing.
Step 1: Connect your Big Cartel store
Before you begin, make sure you have active accounts on both platforms.
- In your Printful Dashboard, go to Stores.
- Click Choose platform, then select Big Cartel.
- Hit the Connect to Big Cartel button.
- Log in to your Big Cartel account and authorize access by clicking Allow.
Step 2: Add products to your store
Once your store is linked, you can start creating products and publishing them to Big Cartel.
In your Dashboard, go to Stores and select your Big Cartel store; if you see My Products in your Dashboard, click that instead. Both paths will take you to the section where you can continue adding products:
- Click Add/Create product.
- Use the Design Maker to upload or create your design.
- Choose product colors, sizes, and other details.
- Follow the steps to generate mockups, edit product descriptions, and set prices.
- When you’re ready, click Submit to store.
The product will appear in your Big Cartel dashboard automatically.
Step 3: Set up billing
To receive and fulfill orders, make sure your billing details are up to date in your Printful account. This ensures that orders can be processed without delays.
