Yes! You can add your own promotional materials to your orders using branded pack-ins and custom packaging. These extras are a great way to give your customers a personalized, on-brand unboxing experience. Think thank-you cards, business cards, flyers, stickers–even hand-written notes.
Pack-ins (inserts)
You can include small branded materials with your orders. Here’s what to keep in mind:
- Size and weight limit: 6″ × 8″ × 1″ (15.5 × 20 × 2.5 cm), max 2 oz. (55 g)
- Available only in-house fulfillment centers
- If your pack-ins don’t meet our requirements, we’ll send them back, and you’ll cover the return shipping
Not supported for:
- Stationery and stickers
- Wall art (posters, framed posters, and canvas prints)
- Water bottles
- Mugs
- Pet accessories
- Home decor (holiday decor, blankets, candles, pillows and pillowcases, magnets, and tableware)
Cost:
- $0.50 picking fee per pack-in
- $25 monthly minimum for storage
Custom packaging
You can also send us your own poly mailers, bubble mailers, or paper mailers to use as packaging. We'll use them when your orders are fulfilled, as long as they meet our requirements:
- Storing size limit: 35″ × 22″ × 0.01″ (89 × 56 × 0.025 cm)
- Shipping size limit: 35″ × 22″ × 18″ (89 × 56 × 46 cm)
Not supported for:
- Drinkware
- Wall art
- Structured hats
- Stationery
If your packaging doesn’t meet our standards or is too small to fit the product(s), we’ll ship the order using our white-label packaging instead. You’ll also need to cover return shipping if the materials don’t meet requirements.
Cost:
- $0.50 picking fee per order
- $25 monthly minimum for storage
If your branding materials aren’t stocked at the facility where the order is fulfilled, your order will ship without them.
