Warehousing & Fulfillment is a Printful service that allows you to store your own products (not printed by Printful) in our warehouses. When customers place orders, we pick, pack, and ship the items for you. You send us your products, we receive and stock them, and we handle fulfillment when orders come in—giving you a hands-off approach to logistics for non-Printful items.
Current updates to the service
We’re no longer accepting new sign-ups for Warehousing & Fulfillment services at any location.
Starting August 1, 2025:
- Only branding materials (like pack-ins and custom packaging) can be stored as new warehousing stock.
- We’ll stop accepting any new shipments to the Dallas, TX warehouse, except for branding materials like pack-ins and packaging.
Starting September 2025:
- Dallas facility will shift focus to support our core fulfillment operations, and warehousing services will be discontinued there.

What about branding materials?
We’ll continue storing pack-ins and custom packaging for your Print on Demand orders:
- If you’re only using Printful’s Warehousing & Fulfillment services, your branding materials will be transferred to Amplifier.
- If you’re only using Printful’s print-on-demand services, your branding materials will remain at the Texas warehouse.
- If you use both services, your branding materials will be split—some will go to Amplifier, and some will remain at the Texas warehouse for print-on-demand orders.
What about other warehouse locations?
Our remaining warehouse locations are expected to close in 2026. You’re not required to remove your inventory yet, but standard removal fees apply if you do. We’ll share more support options as we get closer to those closures.
