You can connect and sell with Printful if you’re using a Squarespace plan that supports commerce features. The Personal plan is not supported. Here’s a breakdown:
- Personal – Doesn’t support third-party integrations like Printful
- Business, Commerce Basic, or Commerce Advanced – Compatible legacy plans
- Basic, Core, Plus, or Advanced – Supported under Squarespace’s new billing model
Squarespace is currently in the process of transitioning users to these newer billing tiers, so the plan options you see may differ depending on when you sign up.
Which plan should you pick?
| Plan Type | Supports Printful | Notes |
| Personal | x | Doesn’t support third-party app integrations |
| Business (legacy) | ✓ | Includes commerce features and supports Printful |
| Commerce Basic/Advanced (legacy) | ✓ | Full commerce support, no transaction fees if Commerce plan used |
| Basic, Core, Plus, Advanced (new) | ✓ | New commerce tiers that also allow Printful integration |
How to check your options
- Log in to your Squarespace site and go to Settings → Billing & Account → Plans.
- Decide based on what’s currently available.
- Visit Squarespace’s pricing page or Help Center for the most up-to-date plan names and features
What this means for you
- If you’re using the legacy plan names, select Business, Commerce Basic, or Commerce Advanced.
- If you see the newer tier names, any Basic, Core, Plus, or Advanced plan will work.
- Using a Commerce plan avoids transaction fees, while the Business plan charges a 3% fee per order.
