If you’re using Warehousing & Fulfillment, your fulfillment fees depend on two things: where your items are stored and which currency your store uses.
Each warehouse location has fixed fees in its local currency (USD, CAD, GBP, or EUR). If your store’s currency differs, we convert fees monthly using the European Central Bank (ECB) exchange rate. This means your costs may change once a month, but not daily—this is called a floating price.
You’re charged based on:
- The warehouse location where the item is stored
- Your store’s currency
Let’s break it down with a couple of examples:
If your store uses USD and the order is fulfilled from our US warehouse, you’ll be charged:
- 1.80 USD for product fulfillment + 0.95 USD for picking
- 0.50 USD for each pack-in added to the order (if any)
If your store uses USD but the order is fulfilled from a European warehouse, you’ll be charged the fixed EUR fee converted to USD:
- 1.75 EUR for fulfillment + 0.80 EUR for picking
- 0.45 EUR per pack-in (also converted to USD)
The final cost in your store’s currency depends on the current monthly exchange rate.
