The retail shipping price is what you charge your customer for shipping. It can be different from the Printful shipping price, which is what you pay when we ship out the order on your behalf.
How the pricing works
Here’s how both sides of the transaction break down:
- What you pay:
Printful product price + Printful shipping price - What your customer pays:
Your product retail price + Retail shipping price
You choose the retail shipping price
You’re in control of what your customer pays for shipping. You can:
- Set it equal to the Printful shipping price so the customer covers your costs.
- Offer free shipping by setting the price to $0 and covering the shipping yourself.
- Mark it up to include packaging or handling costs.
This flexibility lets you create a shipping strategy that matches your business goals.
