Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.
Or you can go to the Orders section of your Dashboard, open a fulfilled order, and click See tracking to follow orders using our tracking page. If you use Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or Squarespace, your customers will see this page in place of separate carrier tracking links.
On top of having easy access to shipping details, the order tracking page is white-label. So here’s your chance to add branding entirely for free.

The page adapts to the fields you’ve added, so fill in all of them or just one. It’s up to you! Customers can also subscribe to our email notifications to receive live updates about their shipments.
