Our white-label tracking page combines data from multiple sources to make it easier for you to follow packages.
If you use Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or Squarespace, your customers will get this order tracking page once their order is shipped out instead of separate carrier tracking links. If you sell on Woocommerce, you'll have to download a plug-in for your tracking page to work.
If you use a platform we didn't mention above, then you can send your customers a link to this tracking page manually. Head to the Orders section of your Dashboard, open a fulfilled order, and click See tracking.
Your customers can also sign up for email tracking notifications to receive updates as soon as we have news about your shipment. So to stay informed about shipment progress, your customers need to add their email to the tracking page.
You can customize this page to include your branding. Your options are:
- Logo. Upload a color logo, and it'll appear in the upper right corner of the tracking page.
- Your contact info. Make it easy for customers to get in touch with you in case they have any questions.
- Social media handles. Encourage your customer to check out your social media channels with clickable icons.
- Call-to-action buttons. Guide your customers to take action, for example, visit your blog, by adding up to 3 CTA buttons. Customize the buttons with text and a link.
Your brand features will automatically appear within your tracking page and email notifications. Go to the Branding section of your Dashboard settings to add as many or as few of these features as you want.
Here's an example of a tracking page that includes all of the customized features:
