Printful supports integration with Adobe Commerce 2.4.3-2.4.5 (later versions not tested), including Magento Open Source.
Older Magento 1 versions aren’t supported, and newer Adobe Commerce versions may not work properly with Printful. While there may be workarounds through external modules or custom development, these solutions aren’t officially supported or maintained by Printful.
To ensure a smooth integration and reliable order syncing, we recommend running your store on Adobe Commerce 2.4.3–2.4.5.
