Once your Wix store is connected with Printful, you’re ready to add and sync products. Here are the two main ways to do that; choose the one that fits your workflow best.
What do I need before configuring products?
Before you configure or sync products, make sure you’ve:
- Completed the Wix + Printful connection—including authorizing the Printful app.
- Added the Wix Stores app to your Wix site.
- Upgraded to a Business & eCommerce Premium plan (such as Core, Business, or Business Elite) so you can accept payments and sell products.
How do I add products from Printful to Wix?
You can add products either from the Wix Dashboard or directly from the Printful Dashboard.
To create the product in Printful
- In your Printful Dashboard, go to Stores → select your Wix store → Add product, or
- In your Printful Dashboard, go to My Products → Create product
To create the product in Wix
In your Wix Dashboard, go to Catalog → Store products → Products → + New product → select Print on Demand
Afterwards, the steps are the same for both methods:
- Choose a product from Printful’s catalog and click Start designing
- Upload or create your design and adjust the placement
- Select the mockups you want displayed in your store
- Add a product title and description
- Set your pricing
- Click Submit to store (or Continue) to publish the product to your Wix site
How do I sync products I created in Wix?
If you created a product directly in Wix without using the Print on demand feature, you can link it to Printful so fulfillment works automatically:
- Enable the option to Import existing products in Settings → Store settings → Orders in your Printful Dashboard.
- In Printful, open Dashboard → Stores → your Wix store. If you have the new Dashboard layout, click on the three-dot menu.
- Click Refresh data to load your Wix products if they haven’t yet appeared.
- Find the new product and click Edit. Match each variant (model, color, size) to a Printful product option.
- Click Continue to complete the sync.
Which method should I use?
Use Printful’s product push if you want to design, create mockups, and publish products to Wix in one flow; this is the easiest way to get started.
Choose manual sync if you’ve already created products in Wix (even using the Print on Demand option), or if you’re using automation tools to build listings and need to connect them manually in the Dashboard.
