When you use Quick Stores, you don't have to worry about managing shipping yourself—Printful takes care of the entire shipping process for you.
What your customers see
Shipping costs are automatically added to each order based on Printful's standard rates, the same Flat Rate pricing used across Printful's other sales channels and covered in more detail in What shipping options are available? Rather than letting customers choose between shipping methods at checkout, Quick Stores automatically applies this standard rate to every order. These rates are displayed at checkout, so your customers know exactly what they'll pay.
How to check shipping costs
Want to know how much shipping will cost before adding a product to your store? You have two easy options:
- Check the product page: Go to the Product catalog, select an item, and click the Shipping tab to view the rates.
- Compare categories: Visit our Shipping page to explore and compare rates across different product types.
As soon as someone places an order on your Quick Store, we'll take care of fulfillment and ship the product directly to their doorstep, without any additional steps required from you.
Which products can be shipped through Quick Stores
Because Quick Stores only supports orders shipped within the US, you can only add products from our catalog that are available for US fulfillment. If a product can't be fulfilled domestically, it won't be available to add to your Quick Store in the first place. Can shipping details be changed after an order is placed?
Since orders are submitted directly to Printful by the buyer, you as the store owner can't edit or cancel an order yourself. That said, some limited changes are possible before an order ships, including correcting the shipping address, as long as production hasn't started yet. If a buyer needs to make a change, they should contact Printful Support directly rather than reaching out to you.
