Your profit from each sale is based on the difference between what your customer pays and what Printful charges to fulfill the order.
Here’s the formula:
Your retail price – Printful’s product and fulfillment cost = Your profit
Setting your prices
When you first create your store, you’ll set a default markup that applies automatically to all products you add. You can adjust this anytime in your Dashboard → Settings → Store settings → Product push.
When adding products to your store, you can also fine-tune prices individually during the product pricing step. This gives you full control to set different margins for different items.
Viewing your profits
Your profit for each order becomes visible once the product has been delivered. To see your earnings:
- Go to your Printful Dashboard
- Click Billing
- Select Quick Stores
There, you’ll find a breakdown of your payouts and profits for each delivered order.
