To receive payouts through Quick Stores, you’ll need to complete the Stripe onboarding process and submit your tax info if applicable.
Where to submit your tax form:
- In your Printful Dashboard, go to Billing → Quick Stores.
- Click Set up payouts or Edit tax & legal info.
- First, fill out your tax and legal information (used by Printful) and click Confirm.
- Next, click Add information and enter your details again (used by Stripe).
- Make sure that the information you provide to both Printful and Stripe matches exactly—this is very important.
- Download, fill out, print, sign, and scan the W‑9 form (if you're a U.S. taxpayer).
- Upload the signed form back to the Billing section.
- Printful will verify your form within 3 business days. Once approved, a verification checkmark will appear next to the form, and you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating whether it’s been approved or declined.
The rest of the onboarding—connecting your Stripe account—is handled in the same section and is required to activate payouts.
