When you add products to your Storenvy store through the Printful Product Push Generator, they may first appear without mockup images. This is normal and only temporary.
Storenvy imports images in the background, so your mockups usually show up a few minutes after the product is created. If you don’t see them right away, give it a little time and refresh your Storenvy dashboard.
If the images still don’t appear, you can:
- Re-sync the product from your Printful Dashboard, or
- Download your mockups directly from Printful and upload them to Storenvy manually.
For ongoing issues, we recommend reaching out to Storenvy support, since the image import process happens on their side.
