The shipping rates of our warehoused products are calculated based on the origin of the item. Different rates apply for non-Printful products and Printful products made on demand and stored in our warehouse.
Shipping cost for non-Printful warehousing products
The rate your customers pay for shipping depends on the shipment’s dimensions, shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method (Standard, Express).
By default, we use Standard shipping rates for warehousing products. The Standard shipping method is available for all integrations and you can calculate its rates with our shipping rate calculator. Here’s how to do it:
- If you already have an account with us, head to the shipping rate calculator in your Printful Dashboard and get the costs for the products you sell.
- If you don’t have an account with us, then use the warehousing item shipping rate calculator from our Warehousing & Fulfillment page to estimate the shipping costs for the items you plan to sell with us.
Express shipping is only available for manual orders and ecommerce platforms that support live rates, which are calculated by carriers in real-time. If your integration supports live rates, you can set those up for your warehousing products too! Just follow the setup directions on your ecommerce platform’s end.
Shipping costs for Printful warehousing products
Shipping rates for on-demand products stored at our warehouses are determined based on the shipping regions we use for our print-on-demand products. We have 9 shipping regions: The US, Europe, The UK, EFTA states, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, and Worldwide. Check which countries belong to each region.
We apply print-on-demand flat rate shipping for Printful products. This means that if you decide to stock up on your print-on-demand bestsellers or if you reship the returned items stored in our warehouses, you’ll pay the same shipping price as you would for any print-on-demand product.
