We take copyright and intellectual property rights seriously, and we ask that you do the same. If you believe someone is using your designs or other protected content without permission, you can submit a report by filing a Takedown Notice.
We comply with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), which regulates the removal of copyrighted material.
Before submitting a Takedown Notice
Please make sure the content in question isn’t protected under the Fair Use doctrine. Filing a report for content that isn’t actually infringing can have legal consequences, including possible costs or attorneys’ fees. If you’re not sure whether the use qualifies as infringement, it’s best to speak with a legal professional.
How to file a Takedown Notice
Once you’ve confirmed that your copyrighted material is being used without permission (see our Terms of Service, Section 3: Content), you can submit a Takedown Notice by filling out this form.
You’ll need to provide:

- Links to your original content
- Any supporting documentation
- Your digital signature
Make sure all information is accurate and complete.
How to submit a Counter-Notice
If your content has been taken down due to a Takedown Notice but you believe it was a mistake (for example, you have the rights to use the material), you can send a counter-notice to content@printful.com.
You’ll need to include:
- Your contact information
