This error usually means your store URL is pointing to a subdirectory (like /shop or /store) instead of your site’s main address, or the URL doesn’t match what’s actually used in your WordPress settings.
How to fix it
- In the Printful Dashboard, go to Dashboard → Settings → Store settings.
- Make sure the store URL does not include subdirectories like /shop or /store.
- Your URL should look like this: https://yourwebsite.com
- Confirm that the URL in your WordPress settings matches exactly:
- Go to your WordPress dashboard → Settings → General.
- Check both the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL).
- These should match the one used in Printful, including whether it starts with http or https.
- After updating, if needed, return to Dashboard → Stores → your WooCommerce store, and click Refresh data to re-sync.
