To make sure your customers are charged the right shipping rates at checkout, you’ll need to manually set up shipping in your Weebly dashboard. While Weebly doesn’t sync with Printful’s automatic rates, you can use flat rates based on Printful’s shipping guidelines.
Step-by-step: Create your shipping profile
- In your Weebly dashboard, go to Setup → Shipping. In some interfaces, this may appear as Store → Shipping, but either option leads to the same setup page.
- Click Add shipping profile.
- Create your shipping profile by filling out the following:
- Profile name: Choose something descriptive (e.g., “USA Shipping”).
- Shipping region: Add the countries or regions you plan to ship to.
- Shipping rates: We recommend using flat rates based on order weight. This method helps you align with Printful’s shipping prices.
- To create a weight-based flat rate:
- Choose Order weight as your rate type.
- Assign arbitrary weights to your products (for example, a t-shirt might equal 1 lb, a hoodie 2 lbs).
- Then set your flat shipping rates based on these weight categories.
Use the rates listed on our Shipping page to guide how you assign weights and set corresponding charges.
Add a shipping address
Weebly may also ask for your store’s shipping origin address. This is the address used to calculate shipping rates and generate labels.
If you’re fulfilling orders through us, use one of our US fulfillment center addresses. You can find the full list on our Customer Support Contacts page.
Once your shipping profile is complete, click Save.
If you sell to multiple regions, you can create additional shipping profiles for other countries or continents. You can use the same Printful address as your shipping origin for all profiles; we will route orders to the right facility automatically.
