If your products are marked as “Not available” in your Weebly store, it usually means either:
- You’re using the Free plan, or
- You’ve hit the product limit on the Pro (Professional) plan.
Free Weebly plan
You can add products to your store with the Free plan, but they won’t be available for purchase. They’ll appear as “Not available” to your customers until you upgrade to a paid plan.
To start selling, you’ll need to upgrade to one of these:
- Pro (Professional) – up to 25 product listings (each variant counts as a separate product)
- Business (Performance) – unlimited product listings
- Business Plus – offers unlimited listings (available only in the EU)
To upgrade, go to your Weebly dashboard or click Upgrade in your toolbar.
Product limits on the Pro (Professional) plan
The Pro plan allows up to 25 products total. Keep in mind:
- Each size or color variant counts as a separate product.
For example, a t-shirt in 3 sizes and 4 colors would count as 12 products.
If you exceed the limit, any additional products will be marked as “Not available” until you either remove others or upgrade to a plan with unlimited listings.
