You can add products to your Weebly store in two ways—either directly from the Printful Dashboard or by manually adding them through your Weebly editor and linking them to Printful afterward.
We recommend using the Printful Dashboard for the smoothest experience. Here’s how both options work:
Add products from your Printful Dashboard
- In your Printful Dashboard, you’ll see one of two navigation options depending on your interface:
- Go to Stores, then select your Weebly store
or - Go to My products → Published, choose your Weebly store
- Click Add/Create product.
- Choose the product you want to sell, customize it in the Design Maker, and select sizes and colors.
- Set your product title, description, and retail prices..
- When you’re ready, click Submit to store.
Your product will be automatically imported and synced into your Weebly store. Now, to make your listing visible:
- In your Weebly editor, go to the Shop section (or wherever you added the product block).
- Click on Products and drag it to your site layout.
- Select which products should be displayed.
- Click Publish to update your site.
Add products manually through Weebly (and sync in Printful)
- In your Weebly dashboard, go to Items → Site items → Create new item.
- Enter the product details: title, description, sizes, colors, prices and options (variants).
- Upload your product photos (you can use the Design Maker to generate high-quality mockups).
- Click Save.
Next, sync this product to Printful so we can fulfill it for you:
- Go back to your Printful Dashboard → Stores → Refresh data.
- Find the product you just added and click Edit.
- Click Choose product to sync with a Printful product

Repeat this step for all product variants you want Printful to fulfill. Any variants without a print file won’t be automatically fulfilled when orders come in.
