When you add new products from the Printful Dashboard to Square, they may not appear in your online store right away. That’s because, depending on your Square settings, new products can be marked as “Unavailable” by default.
Here’s how to fix it:
For products already added
- Go to your Square Dashboard → Online → Items → Site Items.
- Find the product you want to display and click on it.
- Under Site visibility, select Visible.
- Click Save.
Your Printful product will now appear in your Square Online store.
For future products
To make sure new Printful products are visible right after you push them:
- In your Square Dashboard, go to Online → Items → Item Sync.
- Under Item visibility settings select Visible as the default option.
Now, any new Printful products you add will show up in your Square store automatically.
