Sometimes we don’t restock returned products for future orders. This helps us make sure every item we ship meets our quality and hygiene standards.
We hold on to most returned items for up to 30 days. But if a product isn’t in resellable condition—like when the packaging is opened for underwear, swimsuits, or baby bodysuits—we won’t make it available for reshipment. These items may come into contact with bodily fluids, so we don’t put them back into stock.
Other returns are inspected as well. If something looks worn, used, or damaged, we won’t restock or reship it.
