Printful will be discontinuing warehousing services at our Latvia (LV), Spain (ES), United Kingdom (UK), and Canada (CAN) facilities. We are repurposing these locations to focus more effectively on our core services and print-on-demand (POD) offerings.
For warehousing merchants who choose to transition their inventory to a new warehouse and fulfillment provider, we’re recommending Fulfillment-Box. We’ll work with their team to ensure a smooth transition.
What does this mean for my stored inventory?
You must decide how to handle your currently stored inventory. Please log into your Printful Dashboard → Warehouse → Settings to select one of the following options:
- Transition to Fulfillment-Box: We will cover the shipping fees to move your inventory to their facility.
- Return items to your address: We will ship your items to your preferred warehouse or home (shipping fees apply).
- Donate your inventory: We can assist you in donating your remaining stock to a charitable cause.
- In-person pickup: You may schedule a time to pick up your inventory directly from our facility.
We will stop receiving all Inbound shipments for storage on March 1, 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will there be any costs associated with the transfer?
If you choose to transition your inventory to Fulfillment-Box, the shipping is free of charge. If you choose to have the inventory shipped to your own address or another provider, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Can I choose which Fulfillment-Box location my inventory gets transferred to?
No. If your stock is based in Latvia, your inventory will be moved to Germany. If your stock is in our Barcelona facility, it will stay in Spain. The UK inventory will stay in the UK, and Toronto will stay in Toronto
Fulfillment-Box Inventory Transfer Locations
Inventory transfer locations are determined by the current stock location:
- Latvia stock will be moved to Germany.
- Spain stock will remain in Spain.
- UK stock will remain in the UK.
- Canada stock will remain in Toronto.
You cannot choose the specific Fulfillment-Box location for your inventory transfer.
What will happen to my branding materials?
Printful will continue to support branding material storage (pack-ins and custom packaging) for print-on-demand orders. If you currently have branding materials for POD orders, they may remain in our warehouses, while warehousing stock must be moved to your chosen destination.
Can I still send new shipments to these warehouses?
No. Starting March 1, 2026, we will no longer accept new inbound shipments for warehousing at the LV, ES, UK, or CAN facilities.
