If you’d like your inventory to be returned to you, sent to the manufacturer, or disposed of, you should send a request to warehousing@printful.com with the following details.
1. Where your items are stored
- The location(s) of the warehouse(s) you want to remove your inventory from
2. What items to remove
- A full list of products, variants, and quantities
3. What you want done with the inventory
Choose one of the following:
- Return – ship the items to a recipient
- Pick-up – collect the items in person
- Disposal or donation
4. If you choose “Return,” also include:
- Full delivery address of the recipient
- Recipient’s full name and company name (if applicable)
- Recipient’s phone number and email address
Stock removal fees
Removing inventory is a paid service. The cost depends on the number of items and their location. You’ll receive a quote once we confirm your request. A separate fee is calculated for each warehouse your inventory is stored in.
For warehousing products:
- (Fee per item $0.35 + Shipping fee (+10% surcharge)) + 23% tax (surcharge)
- Minimum fee: USD 25 (including shipping + surcharges)
For branding items (pack-ins and custom packaging):
- Same formula as above, but the maximum item fee is USD 25 (excluding shipping + surcharges)
Storage fees during removal
- Storage fees continue to apply until the items are removed, packaged, and shipped.
- Shipping happens only after you’ve paid the stock removal invoice.
- Processing time can vary, so contact us as early as possible.
