Keeping track of your branding inventory—like pack-ins and custom packaging—helps ensure your orders always ship with the personal touch you intended. Low stock alerts notify you by email when your inventory falls below a level you choose, so you can restock before running out.
Here’s how to set up alerts for your warehoused products:
- Go to your Printful Dashboard, then click Warehouse → Inventory
- Click on the product you want to edit
- Scroll down to the Low stock alerts section
- Enter the item quantity that should trigger the alert
- Choose where you want to receive alerts:
- Use the email linked to your store, or
- Enter a different email address manually.
- Scroll down and click Apply changes.
We’ll send you low stock alerts via email (no more than once per day), listing all items that fall below your set threshold.
