No, you don't necessarily have to ship your inventory personally. If you order items from a third party manufacturer (like a wholesale facility, a factory, etc.), you can arrange the shipment to come from there directly to us.
You are still responsible for the contents of the shipment and must submit the shipment prior to shipping them. Your manufacturer must follow the requirements for inventory shipments.
To submit a shipment, in your Dashboard, go to Warehouse > Shipments and click New shipment. In the submission form, you'll also see the addresses of our warehouses.
