No, you don’t have to send your branding materials yourself. If you order pack-ins custom packaging from a third-party manufacturer (like a factory or wholesale supplier), you can have them shipped directly to our warehouse.
You’re still responsible for the contents of the shipment and must submit it in your Dashboard before it’s sent. Make sure your manufacturer follows all our requirements for branding material shipments.
When shipping internationally and customs clearance applies, you (or your manufacturer) must handle customs clearance and pay any taxes or duties before it arrives. The shipment must reach us free of any unpaid charges.
To submit a shipment, go to your Dashboard, select Warehouse → Shipments, and click New shipment. In the form, you’ll also find the addresses of our warehouses.
