If you’d like your inventory to be returned to you or the manufacturer, you should send a request to warehousing@printful.com. In the email, you should list all the products, variants, and their quantities that we should remove from the warehouse and return to you.
In the email, you should list:
- location of the facility(-ies) from which you want to remove your items
- all the products, variants, and quantities that you want to remove from the warehouse
- destination address where we should send the stock, and the e-mail address and phone number we can use to contact you
Stock removal is a paid service. The fee you’ll have to pay will vary depending on the number of stock items you’ll want to remove.
This is how we calculate the stock removal fee:
- For warehousing products, we use the following formula: (Fee per item (0.35USD) + Shipping fee (+10% surcharge)) + Surcharge 23% (tax). However, the minimum stock removal fee is $25 (including shipping + surcharges).
- We use the same formula to calculate the stock removal fee for branding items (pack-ins and custom packaging), but in this case, the maximum fee per item will be USD 25 (excl. shipping + surcharges).
