When you send custom packaging or third-party pack-ins to our facility, you’re responsible for them during shipping. This includes packaging the items securely, choosing a reliable shipping method, and tracking the shipment until it arrives at our warehouse. You’re also responsible for covering any customs fees or duties before the shipment reaches us.
Once your materials are received and added to stock, we take over. We’ll store them securely in our warehouse, where facilities are monitored 24/7 with security systems and controlled access to keep your items safe.
