To ensure your orders always include your personal touch, you can set up email notifications for your branding materials, such as pack-ins and custom packaging. These alerts notify you when your inventory falls below a specific threshold, giving you plenty of time to restock.
Here’s how to set up alerts for your branding materials:
- Go to your Printful Dashboard, then click Warehouse → Inventory
- Click on the specific item you want to monitor.
- Scroll down to the Low stock alerts section.
- Enter the minimum quantity that should trigger the notification.
- Choose your preferred email address for these updates.
- Use the email linked to your store, or
- Enter a different email address manually.
- Click Apply changes.
