No, you don’t need to handle the shipping yourself. You can have your pack-ins or custom packaging sent directly to us from a third-party manufacturer or wholesale supplier. As long as the shipment meets our requirements and is submitted correctly in your Printful Dashboard, we can receive it directly at our facilities.
Important branding shipping requirements
- Dashboard submission: You must create a new shipment in your Dashboard, select Warehouse → Shipments, and click New shipment. In the form, you’ll also find the addresses of our fulfillment centers.
- Customs and duties: For international shipments, you or your manufacturer is responsible for handling customs clearance. All taxes and duties must be paid in advance; we cannot accept shipments with unpaid charges.
- Compliance: Ensure your supplier follows our specific packaging and labeling guidelines to avoid delays in processing your inventory. Requirements for stocking branding materials can be viewed here.
