If your existing eBay listings aren’t showing up in your Printful Dashboard after connecting your store, it’s usually because they don’t have a unique SKU assigned.
When Printful imports products from eBay, it uses the SKU to match each eBay listing to a product in your store. If a listing doesn’t have a SKU, or if multiple listings share the same one, Printful can’t sync it.
How to fix it
- In eBay, open the listing you want to import.
- Add a unique SKU in the listing’s product details.
- In Seller Hub: Go to Listings → Active, open the listing, and edit the Custom Label (SKU) field.
- If the listing has variations, also set SKUs for each variant: Go to Variations when editing, click Edit, select the variants, and click Enter SKU.
- Save your changes.
- In Printful, refresh your store sync by clicking the Refresh Data button in the store section. Your item should now appear in the Dashboard.
