Currently, the PrestaShop integration does not support synced product images. That means if you create or edit products directly in your PrestaShop store, those product images won’t automatically appear in your Printful Dashboard.
Products are still imported to Printful
Even though images don’t sync, any product you create in your PrestaShop store will still be automatically imported into your Printful Dashboard.
- You don’t need to enable or configure this; it’s built into the integration.
- Imported products appear under Stores → Your PrestaShop store in your Printful Dashboard.
- From there, you can choose to sync them (connect to a Printful product and add a print file), or Ignore them.
How to manually sync an imported product
If you added products in PrestaShop first, here’s how to sync them in Printful:
- Go to your Printful Dashboard
- Click Stores → select your PrestaShop store
- Find the product under the Imported tab
- Click Sync product
- For each variant, select:
- Product category
- Model
- Color and size
- Upload your print file and choose mockup images
- Complete the sync to enable fulfillment
