When you import your existing products from your storefront into the Dashboard, you can choose to ignore certain products instead of syncing them. To do this, go to Stores → View store (or My products → Published) → three-dot menu next to product → Ignore.
Ignoring a product tells us not to fulfill it if it appears in an order.
- If the ignored product is the only item in an order, the order won’t be imported into your Dashboard at all.
- If the order also contains synced products, only those synced items will be imported and fulfilled.
For Shopify stores, this feature is called Disable fulfillment; the result is the same: we won’t fulfill the product until you sync it again.
If you later decide to fulfill the product through Printful, you’ll first need to Unignore it (or Enable fulfillment for Shopify), then manually sync it with a Printful product and add the necessary files. After that, we will start importing orders for this product and fulfilling them.
