Printful ships worldwide with a few exceptions. We’ll fulfill and ship any order unless it’s going to a restricted country. You can view the current list of shipping restrictions here. At the moment, there’s no way to restrict additional countries directly through Printful settings.
If you’d like to limit where your store accepts orders from, you need to set this up within your ecommerce platform. This typically involves editing your shipping settings to exclude certain countries. If you’re using Printful shipping profiles, you’ll need to create custom profiles (editing ours will result in changes being reverted).

How to exclude countries from your Shopify store
Instead of creating custom shipping profiles, you can control where customers can place orders by managing your Shopify Markets settings.
- In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Markets.
- Click on any market you want to edit → More actions → Edit market.
- Under the Countries/regions section, deselect any countries you do not want to sell or ship to.
- Save your changes.
Customers from excluded countries will no longer be able to place orders, and their country will not appear in the Country/Region drop-down menu during checkout.

How to create custom shipping profiles for Etsy
- In Etsy Shop Manager, go to Settings → Shipping settings.
- Under Shipping profiles, click Create profile.
- In the Shipping prices section, choose I’ll enter fixed prices manually.
- For each country you’d like to ship to, choose a carrier with delivery times similar to Printful’s, such as USPS or Royal Mail. ("Other," which is used in Printful’s profiles, isn’t available in custom profiles, so you’ll need to select a specific carrier.)
- Set the shipping rates and processing time to match Printful’s, using our shipping profiles or shipping rates page for reference.
- Edit your existing listings and assign them to the newly created shipping profile. You can create multiple custom profiles for different product categories.
