If your eBay store or products aren’t syncing with Printful, it can sometimes happen after your eBay account has been suspended and then reinstated.
When an account is suspended, eBay automatically invalidates your authentication tokens - these are what allow Printful to connect to your eBay account in the background. Once the tokens are invalid, the sync between your store and Printful stops working.
How to fix it
You don’t need to delete your store or products. Instead:
- Log in to your Printful account.
- Go to Dashboard → Stores.
- Depending on your Dashboard layout, you’ll find the Re-authenticate option in one of two places:
- Some users will see the Re-authenticate button by clicking View store (next to the store name), near the Refresh data option.
- Others will find Re-authenticate by clicking the three-dot menu (⋮) next to their store name.
- Sign in to eBay when prompted and approve access for Printful.
After reconnecting, your store connection will be restored. If any products still show as unsynced, open them in your Printful Dashboard and sync them manually.
