Printful’s integration is connected to the US marketplace (ebay.com), and uses the US dollar. This means that if you’re using another currency in your store on another eBay marketplace (like GBP on ebay.co.uk), eBay will automatically convert USD to the currency you’re using. For your customers, the converted price will show up below the price in the currency they’re shopping in.
