If you have multiple incoming or failed orders, you can use the bulk approval tool to approve them all at once. This saves time and helps you manage high order volumes more efficiently.
There are two common situations where bulk approval is especially useful:
- Manual order approval is enabled: If you’ve set your store to manually approve incoming orders, orders will be imported with the Draft status. Approving each one manually can get time-consuming, so bulk approval lets you confirm them all in just a few clicks.
- You have multiple failed orders: If your payment method failed (e.g., your card was declined or your Wallet ran out of funds), incoming orders may be marked as failed. Once you’ve resolved the issue, you can approve them all at once instead of one by one.
Note: Bulk approval works for one store at a time and allows you to approve up to 100 orders in a single batch.
Step 1: Open the bulk approval view
Go to the Orders section of your Dashboard. If you have multiple orders waiting for approval, you’ll see a banner. Click See the order to enter the bulk approval view.
Or, click the Approve orders button at the top right of the Orders page.
Step 2: Select orders to approve in bulk
In the bulk approval view, select the orders you want to approve, then click Continue to Review orders.
Step 3: Review and pay
In the Review orders screen, you’ll see the total cost of the selected orders. Click Continue to payment.
The final step will depend on whether you have enough funds in your Printful Wallet:
- If your Wallet doesn’t have enough funds, click Add money to top it up. You’ll be redirected to the Wallet deposit screen. Once done, return and click Pay and approve.
- If your Wallet has enough funds, just click Pay and approve to finish.
Congrats—your orders are now approved and headed for fulfillment!
