Auto-recharge helps make sure your orders are processed without delays by automatically topping up your Printful Wallet when it's low on funds. It’s also a helpful way to avoid your bank flagging frequent small transactions as suspicious activity.
Before getting started, you'll need:
- An active Printful Wallet (that has already had funds in it).
- At least one billing method added to your Dashboard.
To enable auto-recharge
- Go to your Printful Dashboard → Billing → Printful Wallet.
- Choose the Wallet in the currency you plan to use.
- In the Wallet box, look under Wallet’s total balance.
- Click the Auto-recharge switch (it will be off by default).
- From the dropdown, either select a preset amount or enter a custom amount manually.
Once enabled, Printful will automatically recharge your Wallet by the selected amount whenever your balance is too low to cover order costs. The money will be pulled from your primary billing method.
