Printful Wallet is a billing and payment method offered by Printful used by online store owners. With the Printful Wallet, users can deposit money using a credit card or PayPal account, which is then automatically billed for each submitted order. It’s created automatically when you sign up and helps make payment processing faster and more reliable.
In this article, you’ll learn how the Printful Wallet works, and how to add funds.
How the Printful Wallet works
Whenever you get an order, here’s what happens:
- Your primary billing method is charged for the amount needed to cover the order cost.
- That money is deposited into your Printful Wallet.
- The cost of fulfilling the order is then withdrawn from your Wallet.
You’ll see both the deposit and the withdrawal listed in your payment history.
To add funds to your Wallet
You can also add money to your Wallet manually:
- Go to Billing → Printful Wallet in your Dashboard.
- Click on the Wallet of the currency you plan to use for your store or account.
- Click Add money, insert the amount you wish to add to your Wallet, and click on the Add money button.
Once funds are added, future orders will be paid directly from your Wallet.
Note: If your Wallet is empty and you don’t have a primary billing method set, your orders will be marked as “Failed”. They won’t go through until you manually approve and pay for them.
You can also withdraw funds from your Printful Wallet. Check out this article for step-by-step instructions.
