It’s possible that some of your products won’t fit any of the branding presets that you’ve created. In this case, branding presets won’t be applied to orders containing this product. There can be 2 reasons why it happened:
- Your product is from a category that doesn’t support the use of custom branding materials. These products will be shipped using Printful’s white-label packaging. Check the list of these products here.
- The custom packaging that you’ve sent to us doesn’t fit the product. Here’s what you can do:
- Send in new custom packaging that fits the product that you sell. Check the packaging requirements here.
- Opt the product out of using Branding presets. To do so, select None when choosing a branding preset for your product—this will ship your order in Printful’s white-label packaging. Check the instructions here.
