Notifications are a great way to stay up to date on your orders, payments, and other important Printful activity. You can also choose to receive optional messages about promotions, announcements, feedback surveys, and more. Some notifications are mandatory to ensure you’re always informed about essential updates.
To manage your notifications, go to your Printful Dashboard → Settings → Notifications.
There, you’ll find three tabs:
- Account: Payment-related alerts and invitations to give feedback
- Orders & Products: Includes updates on order progress and product updates for your stores
- Updates: Promotional offers, company news, and general announcements
You can switch between these tabs and adjust your preferences by modifying the checkmarks next to each notification type. Your changes will be saved automatically; there’s no need to click a save button.
In the Orders & Products tab, you can also switch between your connected stores and set notification preferences individually for each one.
Each notification is labeled:
- Email mandatory or Email or Dashboard mandatory: These are required and cannot be disabled.
- Optional: These can be enabled or disabled according to your preference.
For order confirmations and status updates, you can also choose to receive notifications in a Daily digest format. You’ll receive a summary of the order updates from each day, for more detailed information you can review the orders from your Orders tab.
