If you’re having trouble logging in to your Printful account, it could be because you haven’t set a password yet. This is common if you originally signed up through an ecommerce platform like Shopify or Wix.
Here are some reasons why you might be unable to log in:
- You’ve forgotten your password
- You signed up through an ecommerce platform – no password set
- You signed up through a social login (Google, Facebook, or Apple) – no password set
In these cases, you can use the reset password feature to set a password.
- If you signed up with a social login, you can also try logging in using that method instead of entering an email and password.
- If you signed up through an ecommerce platform, you can also use the Printful app within the platform to access your account.
To reset or create your Printful password
To request a password reset email:
- Go to the Printful login page and click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address you used to sign up or connect your store, then click Send reset email.
To create your new password:
- Check your inbox for an email from Printful and click Create a password.
- On the page that opens, enter your new password in both fields and click Change password.
Note: Avoid phishing attempts by confirming the email is from a printful.com domain.
If you haven’t received the password reset email check your spam folder. If it’s not there, whitelist these email addresses and try resetting your password again:
- support@printful.com
- newsletter@printful.com
- fulfillment@printful.com
- support@info.printful.com
- fulfillment@info.printful.com
Once your password is set, you’ll be able to log in directly to your Printful account at any time.
