If you’ve connected your Ecwid store to Printful but don’t see your products appearing in the Dashboard, it usually means some key setup details are missing. Here’s how to check and get everything synced correctly.
Your products need combinations (variants)
For a product to appear in Printful, it must include combinations, also known as variants, like size, color, or other options. If your Ecwid products don’t have variants, they won’t be visible in Printful after connecting. To fix this:
- Go to your Ecwid Dashboard
- Edit your product and add options under Options → Variations
- Use option names like Size and Color (especially important for Venture plan users)

Plan-specific limitations
- Starter plan: Not compatible with Printful integration.

Venture plan: You can use the integration, but there are important limitations:
- Your products must use exact option names: “Size” and “Color”
- If you use names like “Sizes” or “Colors,” products might not sync at all
- Business and Unlimited plans: Full integration support, including automatic syncing of products and variants
Products created with Printful
When you create products using Printful’s product push feature, variant combinations are added automatically. These products will appear in your Ecwid store with size and color options already included. This works best with the Business or Unlimited plan, where full syncing is supported.
