If your orders are fulfilled at our Mexico facility, you won’t have to worry about customs fees. That’s because all packages are sent to our distribution center in San Diego, California, before they’re shipped to your customers. This process means no additional customs charges apply to you or your customer.
However, sales tax still applies based on your customer’s location. If we’re registered as a sales taxpayer in the state where the order is going, we’ll charge you the specific sales tax rate for that destination. These rates vary by state, and sometimes even by city or county.
