Printful packing slips are completely white-label, meaning there’s no Printful branding, just your store’s details. They’re included with every order to summarize what’s inside and, optionally, highlight your branding.
What’s included on the packing slip

Product details: All items in the order are listed.
- If an order is split into multiple shipments, the slip will note that.
- If the products are ordered from your store, they’ll have your store’s product titles.
- If you order directly from Printful (your product templates, unpublished products, or new products created directly from the product catalog), your packing slip will show Printful’s product title.
- Return address: By default, we use Printful’s return address. You can change it to your own under Settings → Stores → Returns → Settings.
- Personalized message (optional): Add a custom message to your packing slips in Settings → Store settings → Branding. For manual and API orders, you can include a gift message on the order review page.
- Your logo (optional): Upload a black-and-white logo in Settings → Store settings → Branding, and we’ll print it on the top corner of the packing slip.
Special notices and exceptions
- California Proposition 65: Orders going to California with specific products will include a warning label about chemicals used in inks. You can find the full list of the products that require the warning label in this article.
- Backup and partner facilities: Orders routed to these locations won’t support custom packing slips or logo printing.
