In rare cases, such as when your ecommerce platform processes updates in batches, is experiencing high traffic, or is undergoing maintenance, it may take up to 30 minutes for updates to show.
Why delays can happen
- Normal platform communication: Your ecommerce platform’s servers send updates to Printful almost instantly.
- High server load: During busy times (for example, holiday sales), there can be short delays while updates are processed.
- Background processing: Large catalogs or bulk updates may take longer to sync fully.
If you don’t see your product or variant updates right away, wait at least 30 minutes before rechecking. If they still don’t appear after that, try refreshing your store data in the Dashboard or contact us through our form or chat. We’re here to help!
