Some product variants, especially less popular ones, aren't kept in stock at all times, which is why you might see a product marked as out of stock. Those variants are restocked on demand, usually within a few days, and that time is already factored into our fulfillment time.
Still, you might notice a product stays out of stock longer than expected. Here's why that can happen.:
Common reasons for out-of-stock products
- The manufacturer has a low inventory.
- The product is sourced from a distant location.
- The item has been discontinued without a warning from the supplier.
What to do if a product in my order is out of stock
- Switch to another product by clicking Change order in your Dashboard → Orders page.
- Wait for restocking, though we can’t guarantee a timeline.
- Cancel the order and get a refund.
How to stay ahead of stock issues
To avoid surprises, check the Availability tab on each product page. Here you can check:
- What’s in stock at our facilities.
- What’s stocked on demand.
- What’s been discontinued.
