When you check your orders, you might see tags like Restocking, Supplier’s out of stock, or Discontinued. These help explain the status of your product and whether any delays might occur.
We offer a wide variety of models and colors, which means we don’t always keep every variant stocked in our facilities. Here’s what each tag means:
Restocking
Some products—especially less popular variants—are only stocked when there’s demand. This is common in the Print on Demand industry.
Good news: This restocking time is already factored into our estimated fulfillment time, so your order shouldn’t be delayed.
Supplier’s out of stock
This means our supplier doesn’t currently have the product needed to fulfill your order. Restocking could take a few weeks.
You have a few options:
- Switch to an alternative product (click Change order in your Dashboard).
- Wait for the product to be restocked, if your customer is okay with the delay.
- Cancel the order.
Discontinued
The product is no longer available and won’t be restocked. If this happens, we’ll let you know right away so you can make adjustments.
Want to avoid surprises? Check the Availability tab on each product page to see what’s:
- In stock at our facilities.
- Stocked on demand.
- Discontinued.
